About Sticky Brain Studio

Tools for sticky brains of all ages

Sticky Brain Studio was created by Dr. Anwuri Osademe, also known as Dr. O, to make mental health, ADHD, anxiety, executive functioning, emotional regulation, and wellness tools feel more practical, affirming, and easier to use.

Dr. O is a licensed psychologist, educator, and creator of Sticky Brain Studio. Her work brings together clinical psychology, health psychology, neurodiversity-affirming care, culturally responsive practice, and real-life strategies for people whose brains need support that actually fits.

Sticky Brain Studio offers printable workbooks, digital toolkits, free resources, and mini courses for kids, teens, adults, families, clinicians, educators, and providers. The goal is simple: help people understand their brains, build usable skills, and feel less alone in the process.
